Unresolved
Tickets - pressing this button will
display a list of all tickets where the Appointment Dispatching has
been completed but a Resolution Code has not been selected on the
ticket. Typically a staff member in the Service department
will use this list to select the Resolution Code and prepare the
ticket for invoicing.
Closed
Tickets - pressing this button will
display all tickets closed on today's date. The User may view
tickets closed within a particular date range by using the
From and To Date filters at the top of the Service Ticket
Queue.
Appointment
Summary - pressing this button will
open the Appointment Summary.
