Creating and Processing Service Tickets (continued)

Tech Appt Form

A Technician Appointment may be created from the Tech Appt form or by using the Appointment Summary.  Both methods will be described below.

Scheduling from the Tech Appt Form

If scheduling is going to be performed from the Appointment Summary, press the Save button at the lower right of the Service Ticket then continue on to page 6 for instructions.

7.  From the Tech Appt form, press the New button located at the lower right of the form.
