Scheduling from the Tech Appt Form
8. The Make Appointment form will be displayed. The User may make selections in the header of the form to schedule the appointment or click in the grid section to select the Technician and appointment time slot. This form will default to today's date; if the appointment is being scheduled for another date, change the Current Date selection to the desired date for the appointment. Press the Save button located at the lower right of the form when finished.
For instructions for scheduling from the Appointment Summary, continue on to the next page. If the appointment was scheduled from the Tech Appt form, once finished continue on to step 11 on page 7 for further ticket processing instructions.
