Scheduling from the Appointment Summary
9. Navigate to the Main Application Menu and select the Service/Appointment Summary option.
10. The Appointment Summary form will be displayed. Scheduling from the Appointment Summary uses the drag and drop method. The User will hold the mouse on the Ticket listed in the Ticket Info then drag and drop into an open time slot of the desired Technician then release the mouse. The User will be presented with a message confirming the Technician name and time slot selected.
