Closing the Service Ticket (continued)

15.  If Parts were used on the Service Ticket, the Load Equipment form will be displayed.  The parts used on the Service Ticket are displayed in the upper tier.  Any existing System Equipment is listed in the lower tier.  If the part installed on the Service Ticket is replacing an existing piece of equipment, select the checkbox to the left of the equipment being taken out of service.  When finished press the Save button.

Closed tickets may be opened and view at any time from the Customer Explorer.  Closed tickets will be in view only mode with the exception of Field Notes.  Additional Field Notes may be added to Closed tickets at any time.
