Manual Dispatching may be performed from one of three locations; the Appointment Summary or from the Tech Appt form of the Service Ticket. Each method will be described on the following pages.
Manual Dispatching from the Appointment Summary
From the Appointment Summary highlight the Technician Appointment being dispatched, right-click and select the Technician Times option.
