Live Dispatching from the Appointment Summary (continued)

Technician is on the way to the Appointment

From the Appointment Summary highlight the Technician Appointment being dispatched, right-click and select the Dispatch Now option.  Once the Dispatch Now option is selected, the background color of the appointment will change to blue.

Technician has arrived to the Appointment

From the Appointment Summary highlight the Technician Appointment being dispatched, right-click and select the Arrive Now option.  Once the Arrive Now option is selected, the background color of the appointment will change to green.

Technician has completed the Appointment and is departing

From the Appointment Summary highlight the Technician Appointment being dispatched, right-click and select the Depart Now option.  Once the Depart Now option is selected, the background color of the appointment will change to red.

If all appointments were kept and all Live Dispatching was completed, every appointment should have a background color of red.
